Welcome to
CF Talking Therapy
Hello
Looking for improved confidence and overall sense of wellbeing?

I am an experienced psychotherapist/counsellor and therapeutic supervisor working in central London and online.
Specialist support offered working with individuals up to 25 years.
Long history of training and working with families and couples on issues such as conflict and relationship difficulties, communication, attachment issues, abuse, loss etc.

Clients of all ages and backgrounds welcome.

Why choose therapy?
Mental wellbeing and good relationships form the foundation for happiness. As a human who has faced my own life challenges, I know that relationship and mental health struggles are part of life for every person - there is always something to learn about ourselves. Taking time to work through our issues with a trusted practitioner means we can gain valuable understanding and grow in skills and confidence.

Common issues I work with are:
-
anxiety and panic
-
low mood and depression
-
patterns of low self worth
-
attachment and behaviour
-
feelings of isolation and relationship issues
-
conflict and communication

How I work

Each client is unique

My focus is on helping each individual to grow in awareness - working with each person to help them feel safe and supported to explore what is happening for them and why. Over time, our background, our environment and relationships affect how we think and respond to challenges. With understanding can come positive change.
Talking therapy focuses on looking at life experiences, such as life events, attachment to our carers and relationships with family and friends. In recognising and understanding more about why we are the way we are, we can accept and change. Old patterns of coping or thinking give way to new more helpful ways of being.
I am a flexible and creative practitioner with an easy-going style and know the importance of making sure each client gets the best out of the sessions.
